4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed via Door Delivery are subject to availability and confirmation by the participating restaurant.

  • Payments must be made through the app using the available payment methods.

  • Door Delivery is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or unsatisfactory food quality. These are the responsibility of the restaurant.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled within a limited time frame after being placed.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Door Delivery and the vendor.

  • Contact support for refund requests.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • Door Delivery is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or vendor-related issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on the platform are the property of Door Delivery and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Door Delivery is not liable for:

  • Any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

  • Any issues caused by third-party service providers (restaurants or delivery agents).

  • Inaccuracies in menu items or pricing listed on the platform.
